Refunds / Exchange

Your order is fully protected with our “No Question Asked” 30 days refund policy as under:

1. Manufacturing defect: Once merchandize received and proven to be of manufacturing defect, 100% refund will be applied. 2. Don’t like it: If you received the merchandize and don’t like it, we will refund 85% while 15% will be charged for re-stocking fee. Kindly understanding we have been doing our best to describe our products for what it is and we have been using lots of photos to show how it looks like, if you have any doubt if the product suits you, kindly choose another one.

Returning Condition:

Kindly please note that you must return items in new or unused condition. ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way. If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds. Please send your purchase by posting services with tracking number. The postal fee will be on Buyer’s account.

Returning time:

Merchandize is entitled to return within 30 days from the day of receipt.

Returning way:

With condition 1 above, we will pay for the returning fee. Please send it back using postal services with tracking number. No refund will be accepted if buyer chooses to send back the merchandize not the way mentioned above without our consent.

With condition 2 above, returning fee is on buyer’s account. Please send it back using postal services with tracking number. No refund will be accepted if buyer chooses to send back the merchandize not the way mentioned above without our consent.

Returning Address: As we are shipping from Hong Kong, the merchandize will have to return back to our office in Hong Kong. Please contact us for the detailed returning address by mail.

Refunding time: We will refund, after receipt of the merchandize, within 7 working day and we will send you refund details once it is done. If you are using a credit card for the purchasing, it will take another 4 – 5 days before the refund will be appeared in your credit card. Please be 100% sure of the ring size when you are buying a ring from us. We don’t accept refund because a wrong size was given. As for how to measure your ring size, please visit our Ring Size page at our Store.

Custom and engraved orders will charge 30% disposal fee.

Here is how you are protected when buying from us under special order:

If your item is being verified having defect caused by us, we will repair it or make a new one free of charges.

If you don’t like the product after receiving it, within 30 days, you can ask for return and get 70% refund of the order.Return postage fee shall be beard by buyer.
